Terms of Service

By connecting AskCalvin to your Google account and WhatsApp, you agree to the terms below.

1. The Service

AskCalvin is an executive assistant delivered over WhatsApp. It integrates with your Google Calendar, Google Contacts, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and optionally Gmail, to help you manage your workday. The Service is provided as is, without warranties.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the phone number and Google account you connect. Do not share your account with others. If you lose access to either, contact us and we will help you recover or delete.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use AskCalvin to:

• Break the law or another person's rights.
• Send spam, phishing, or harassment.
• Reverse engineer or abuse the Service.
• Act on behalf of someone who has not given you consent.

4. Paid plans

AskCalvin is a paid subscription service. The current tiers are Lite at $99 per month, Plus at $179 per month, and Operator starting at $499 per month. Annual prepay is $990, $1,790, and $4,990 respectively. Current pricing is published at askcalvin.ai. If we change prices we will tell you first, and a change never applies to a term you have already paid for.

There is no self-serve checkout. Access is granted by application, and billing is arranged with you directly before your subscription begins.

New accounts may start with a time-limited free trial. The length of your trial is set when your account is created and is told to you at that time. A trial does not convert to a paid subscription automatically: when it ends we contact you, and nothing is charged unless you agree to it.

You can cancel at any time. There are no contracts and no minimum term. To cancel, or with any question about billing or a refund, email hello@askcalvin.ai.

Cancelling a monthly plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you are currently in. You keep access until then. We do not refund part of a month.

Cancelling an annual plan. If you ask for a refund within 30 days of paying, we refund the full amount. After 30 days an annual plan is not refundable, and your access continues through to the end of the period you paid for.

5. Data and privacy

How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Service you accept those terms.

6. Termination

You may end your AskCalvin account at any time by sending the message "delete my account" from your registered phone number. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, abuse, or non payment on paid plans, with reasonable notice where possible.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AskCalvin is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for direct damages will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

If we materially change these terms, we will notify you and update the date at the top of this page.
