By connecting AskCalvin to your Google account and messaging app, you agree to the terms below.
1. SMS Program Disclosures
Mobile information sharing: Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of personal information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Program name: AskCalvin.
Description: AskCalvin sends and receives text messages over SMS and WhatsApp at +1 848 285 5733 for the purpose of scheduling meetings, delivering meeting reminders, daily briefings, email summaries, promise follow-ups, and other executive assistant functions that you explicitly enable.
Consent statement: Subscribers consent to the SMS program by submitting their phone number on a public web form at askcalvin.ai/sms or askcalvin.ai/request-access and checking a consent box adjacent to the phone field. The verbatim consent statement subscribers agree to is:
"By submitting your phone number on the form above, or on askcalvin.ai/request-access, you agree to receive recurring SMS messages from AskCalvin at +1 (848) 285-5733. Message frequency varies (typically 5 to 30 messages per day for an active subscriber, fewer if you have disabled most proactive messages). Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Text STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Text HELP for help, or email hello@askcalvin.ai. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service."
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier charges apply. AskCalvin does not charge you separately for the messages themselves.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your activity, calendar, and the reminders or briefings you have configured. A typical active user receives between 5 and 30 messages per day.
Opting out: You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from AskCalvin. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been opted out, and no further messages will be sent.
Getting help: Reply HELP to any message for support, or email hello@askcalvin.ai.
Supported carriers: All major US wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Messages may include links and phone numbers from your calendar events and other content you have authorized AskCalvin to access.
2. The Service
AskCalvin is an executive assistant delivered over your favorite messaging app. It integrates with your Google Calendar, Google Docs, and optionally Gmail, to help you manage your workday. The Service is provided as is, without warranties.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the phone number and Google account you connect. Do not share your account with others. If you lose access to either, contact us and we will help you recover or delete.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use AskCalvin to:
- Break the law or another person's rights.
- Send spam, phishing, or harassment.
- Reverse engineer or abuse the Service.
- Act on behalf of someone who has not given you consent.
5. Paid plans
Pricing, billing terms, and refund policy will be disclosed at the time you upgrade. The current version of AskCalvin is in private beta and may be provided free of charge during the trial period.
6. Data and privacy
How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Service you accept those terms.
7. Termination
You may end your AskCalvin account at any time by sending the message "delete my account" from your registered phone number. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, abuse, or non payment on paid plans, with reasonable notice where possible.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AskCalvin is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for direct damages will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Changes
If we materially change these terms, we will notify you and update the date at the top of this page.
